Ingredients
Strawberries and Cream Mug Muffin
3 tablespoons non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons canola oil
2 tablespoons Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup (30g) all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries, washed
Directions

Whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, oil, egg**, Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend and vanilla until smooth in a large microwave-safe mug.

Add flour, baking powder and salt and stir until just combined.
- 3.
Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
- 4.
Microwave on high for 2-2 ½ minutes, or until the top is just set and springs back when touched.
- 5.
Let cool slightly before eating.

Top with sugar-free whipped topping.
