Spiced Vanilla Chai Cold Foam Latte
For base:
2 espresso shots, chilled, or 1⁄2 cup strong brewed coffee
For cold foam:
2 tablespoons half & half
1⁄8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1⁄8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
- 1.
For base: Fill a serving glass with ice. Add espresso and milk and set aside.

For cold foam: Combine milk, half & half, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet, cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla in a small bowl. Froth using a whisk or milk frother until thick and foamy
- 3.
Spoon cold foam over espresso mixture. Garnish with additional cinnamon and serve.
