Ingredients
Spiced Pear & Rosemary Fizz
1 cup unsweetened pear juice
2 fresh rosemary sprigs, plus more for garnish
2 teaspoons Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Jar
1 ½ cups gin
1 ½ cups chilled club soda
Fresh pear slices, for garnish
Directions

Combine pear juice, water, rosemary sprigs and cinnamon in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring until rosemary is aromatic, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and remove rosemary sprigs. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.
- 3.
Stir in Truvia® Stevia Sweetener until completely dissolved.
- 4.
Combine cooled pear syrup and gin in a serving pitcher, and chill until ready to serve.
- 5.
Fill serving glasses with ice. Add 4 ounces of cocktail mixture to each prepared glass and top with club soda. Garnish glasses with pear slices and additional rosemary and serve.
