Ingredients

  • 34 cup unsweetened light coconut milk or low-fat milk

  • 12 cup frozen banana chunks (about 12 small banana)

  • 12 cup fresh mango chunks

  • 12 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  • 13 cup Truvia® Allulose Sweetener

  • 2 Tbsp toasted flaked coconut for garnish

Directions

  • 1.

    In a blender pitcher, combine all ingredients except coconut

  • 2.

    Cover and blend until smooth

  • 3.

    Pour into glass and sprinkle with toasted coconut

  • 4.

    To quickly toast coconut, simply place 14 -1⁄2 cup shredded coconut in uncovered 2-cup measure. Microwave on high for 1 12 -2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds

    Refrigerate any leftovers
