Ingredients

Meatloaf

  • 12 lb ground sirloin

  • 12 lb ground chuck

  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped

  • 12 chopped onion

  • 12 chopped celery

  • 1 tsp chili pepper

  • 12 cup chopped bell pepper

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten**

  • 2 Tbsp Truvia Sweet Complete® Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener

  • 1 lemon, zested

  • 8 oz canned, diced tomatoes with juice

  • 12 cup bran flakes, ground

  • 12 tsp cracked black pepper

Sauce

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

  • 2.

    Mix all loaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

  • 3.

    Mix ingredients for sauce and spread on top of loaf.

  • 4.

    Bake for 1 hour.

  • 5.

    The best way to tell whether meat loaf is done is to use an instant-read thermometer. The thermometer should register 160° F when inserted into the meatloaf.

  • 6.

    Refrigerate leftover in a sealed container.
