Ingredients
Mango Cloud Protein Smoothie
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup orange juice
2-inch knob of fresh ginger, grated
1 scoop (2 tablespoons) unflavored or vanilla protein powder
¼ cup full-fat unsweetened canned coconut cream, whipped and divided
Directions

Combine frozen mango, orange juice, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets and protein powder in a blender.
- 2.
Squeeze juice from grated ginger using a cheesecloth and add to blender.
- 3.
Blend until smooth and set aside.
- 4.
Spread half of coconut cream against the sides of 2 tall serving glasses to resemble clouds. Pour smoothie mixture into glasses. Top evenly with remaining coconut cream and serve.
