Ingredients
Hazelnut Mocha Cortado
1 cup raw or roasted hazelnuts
2-3 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets, divided
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Directions

Soak hazelnuts covered with water in a container for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Drain, discarding water.

Combine hazelnuts and 4 cups of fresh water in a blender and pulse until smooth. Strain mixture through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine mesh sieve to remove all solids. Add 1-2 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets and salt, and stir to combine. Chill until ready to use.

Combine espresso, cocoa powder, hazelnut extract and remaining Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet in a serving mug or glass, stirring until dissolved.
- 4.
Place ½ cup of hazelnut milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat, whisking regularly, until steaming, about 3-5 minutes, or steam milk using the steam wand attached to your espresso machine.
- 5.
Pour hazelnut milk over espresso mixture. Garnish with a sprinkle of additional cocoa, and serve.
