Ingredients
Ginger Lemonade
7 cups water, divided
5-inch knob, fresh ginger, washed, peeled and thinly sliced, about 3⁄4 cup
¾ cup Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Sweetener, divided
2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice, plus more lemon wheels for garnish, washed before juicing
Directions
- 1.
Combine 1 cup of water and ginger in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until fragrant, about 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in ¼ cup of Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Sweetener until dissolved. Let syrup cool completely before straining.

Combine lemon juice, ginger syrup, remaining water, and remaining Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend Sweetener in a large serving pitcher, stirring until dissolved.
- 4.
Add lemon wheels to pitcher, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
