Ingredients

Cranberry Jalapeno Dip

  • 1, 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened

  • 14 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh washed cranberries, finely chopped

  • 1 washed jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons Truvia® Allulose Sweetener

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, washed before juicing

  • 14 teaspoon kosher salt

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions

  • 1.

    Beat cream cheese and Greek yogurt together in a large bowl until smooth.

  • 2.

    Combine cranberries, jalapenos, Truvia® Allulose Sweetener, lemon juice and kosher salt in a separate small bowl and set aside to macerate for at least 15 minutes.

  • 3.

    Transfer whipped cream cheese mixture to a serving dish or shallow bowl.

  • 4.

    Top with cranberry jalapeno topping. Garnish with parsley.
