Ingredients

White Chocolate Gingerbread Latte

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 oz white chocolate
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger, washed
  • 2 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping, for garnish
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon, for garnish

Directions

  1. Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, about 5 minutes. Whisk in the white chocolate until melted and completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the ginger, cinnamon, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener and vanilla until well-combined. Remove from heat and pour in the espresso. Whisk or froth until light and creamy.
  3. Pour mixture into a mug and top with whipped cream. Garnish with cinnamon and serve.
