Ingredients
Citrus and Ginger Vinaigrette
1 large orange, washed, zested and juiced
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 teaspoon washed and freshly grated ginger
2 teaspoons Truvia® Allulose Sweetener
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons avocado oil
Directions

Whisk together orange zest, orange juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, Truvia® Allulose Sweetener and kosher salt until combined.

Drizzle in avocado oil while whisking until dressing is emulsified.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container or canning jar until ready to use. Shake well before each use.
Tip: This sweet-and-savory dressing works well on a cold noodle salad, cabbage slaw, or as a glaze for proteins, like tofu, chicken, salmon or shrimp.
