Brown Sugar Glazed Bacon & Cheddar Biscuits
2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
¾ cup cold buttermilk
¼ cup melted butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt and bacon in a large bowl. Cut in cold butter, using a pastry cutter or your fingertips, until the mixture forms pea-sized crumbs. Stir in shredded cheddar. Add buttermilk and mix just until a shaggy dough forms.

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and fold in half three times. Gently pat into a 1-inch thick rectangle and cut into nine, 3-inch round biscuits, using all dough. Arrange biscuits in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.

Whisk together the melted butter and Truvia® Sweet Complete® Brown Sweetener until combined. Brush the tops of the biscuits generously with half of the glaze. Bake until golden-brown, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Serve warm.
