Blueberry Lemon Ginger Smoothie
1 cup frozen blueberries, washed, plus more for garnish
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, washed before juicing
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ teaspoon blue spirulina powder
Directions

Combine blueberries, banana, lemon juice, lemon zest, ginger, milk, blue spirulina and Truvia® Stevia Sweetener to a blender.

Blend on high, scraping down the sides, as necessary, until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.

Pour smoothie mixture into a serving glass. Garnish with lemon zest or additional blueberries, if desired, and serve.
