Blueberry Coconut Iced Matcha
½ cup blueberries, washed or frozen
¼ cup water
Directions

Combine blueberries, Truvia® Stevia Packets and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

Cook, mashing berries until mixture thickens and a syrup forms, about 6-8 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve, and set aside to cool.
- 3.
Fill a serving glass with ice, and top with 2 tablespoons of blueberry syrup and coconut water.
- 4.
Whisk matcha powder with remaining coconut water until smooth and slightly frothy. Gently pour matcha over coconut water, and serve.
