Peppermint Mocha Latte
1 cup low-fat milk
⅛ teaspoon pure peppermint extract
2 tablespoons sugar-free whipped cream, for garnish
1 teaspoon sugar-free crushed candy cane, for garnish

Combine milk, cocoa, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener and chocolate syrup in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat, whisking until smooth and steaming, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Combine espresso and peppermint extract in a large serving mug. Pour in milk mixture and top with whipped cream. Garnish with candy cane and serve
