Ingredients
Banana Pudding Trifle
2 cups skim milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1⁄2 cup Truvia® Allulose Sweetener
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
3 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 (14.5-ounce) box sugar-free vanilla cookies
8 ounces sugar-free whipped topping
Directions

Whisk together milk, cornstarch, Truvia® Allulose Sweetener, salt and egg yolks in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Bring mixture to a gentle boil, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3.
Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Strain mixture through a fi ne mesh sieve into a heat-safe bowl.
- 4.
Let mixture cool slightly before covering with plastic wrap, pressing gently into pudding to prevent a skin from forming. Chill until completely cooled, about 1 hour.
- 5.
In a small trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer vanilla pudding, cookies and sliced bananas. Repeat layers, ending with pudding.
- 6.
Top with whipped topping. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Optional (will affect nutritional information): Top with dark chocolate shavings.
