Directions

Whisk together almond milk, Greek yogurt, Truvia® Stevia, caramel sauce, vanilla and salt in a large bowl until smooth.

Stir in chia seeds and whisk well to prevent clumps. Let sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again.

Place sliced bananas into 2 resealable glass jars, placing vertically against the sides of each jar.
- 4.
Drizzle sides of jar with additional caramel sauce, if using.
- 5.
Fill each jar evenly with chia pudding mixture and top with chopped walnuts, if using. Cover and refrigerate jars for at least 3-4 hours until thickened, or overnight for best results. Serve topped with additional banana slices and caramel, if desired.
