Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious homemade dressing! I've given up bottled dressings and was looking for something more than oil and vinegar and this is a fabulous choice! I make enough for several salads to save time when I need to make a quick lunch or a big dinner salad. It's good on a lot of different salads. Will make this again and again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Than Just Simple I wanted a recipe for a simple balsamic dressing where I could use Stevia. This turned out to be better than just 'simple' as it was just the right amount of sweet with a full robust flavor. This is becoming one of my favorite dressings!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too much fat OK, but way too much oil for my taste. I used the same recipe, but cut back on the oil (I like more of a balsamic vinegar taste anyway). Great use of Truvia though. I use it in all my salad dressings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Balsamic Vinaigrette What great timing. I was looking for good recipe for a Balsamic Vinaigrette. What I found is a great one. This was simple to make and delicious. I then added fresh summer fruits to 3 batches. The fruits were strawberries, Palisade peaches from Colorado and a fresh mango. I used the strawberry vinaigrette over the salad that accompanied grilled Salmon, in which I made a salsa using the mango vinaigrette. I got rave reviews for the dinner and share them with yu. I will definitely be using Trivia in the future.
