It’s hard for me to open with arthritis. Guess I have to find a new sweetener that cares more about customers than the almighty dollar

Several packets are not completely sealed on the sides. I purchased the large box at Costco. I have attached pictures.

Mgr in the company . FIRE ALL OF THEM . Go back old pkg size for older people . I am 82 years old small pkg is difficult to open . Fire all your young MBA AND HIRE SOME OLDER PEOPLE WITH EXPERIANCE. Rated 1 out of 5 by from I can't get the small green cap to open I have used the small packets of truvia, and like them. This time I bought the plastic sack with the cane sugar and stevia, it has the green cap on top. Tried pliers and screwdrivers. Can not get the cap off, if you would please send instructions on removing the cap.
