Cranberry Spritz Cocktail

Ingredients
For the Rosemary Simple Syrup:
1⁄2 cup water
Truvia®Stevia Sweetener Packets (24 Packets) or (6T of Truvía® Stevia Sweetener Jar)
1 sprig rosemary
Ingredients (for two 10oz servings)
12 ice cubes
1⁄2 cup (4oz) vodka
2 tbsp (1 oz) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1⁄4 cup (2 oz) rosemary simple syrup
1 1⁄2 cups club soda
12 frozen cranberries
2 sprigs of rosemary
Directions
To make the rosemary simple syrup:
- 1.
Combine the water and Truvia® Stevia Sweetener in a small saucepan set over medium-high heat.
- 2.
Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally to dissolve the sweetener.
- 3.
Allow the mixture to boil for 1-2 minutes then remove from the heat and drop in the sprig of rosemary.
- 4.
Allow the rosemary too steep for about 15-20 minutes.
- 5.
Strain simple syrup through sieve into heat safe container, cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate.
For cocktails:
- 6.
Pour vodka, lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup into a drink shaker with 6 ice cubes.
- 7.
Cover and shake well to blend.
- 8.
Divide drink mix between 2 tall glasses with 3 ice cubes, straining the ice from the shaker as you pour.
- 9.
Top with club soda (3/4c) and 6 frozen cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.
- 10.
Stir with rosemary sprig and enjoy.
