The texture looks similar to sugar but it dissolves instantly into whatever you’re making. The taste is different from sugar so it will take some adjustment to get used to it. I just use less so that it is not as noticeable.

There is usually more on my counter than in my morning coffee.

It spills almost every time you open one and is wasteful. How much paper do you save in a 400 package box....maybe as much as 10 packets would be?? Hardly worth the irritation to the customer.
