Caramel Brulée Latte

Ingredients

For Caramel Brulée Milk:

For Latte

  • ½ cup caramel brulée milk
  • 8 oz hot coffee
  • 2 TBSP whipped cream
  • Sprinkle of toffee bits

Directions

To make the Caramel Brulée Milk:

  1. Add butter and Truvia® Stevia Sweetener to a small saucepan set over medium-high heat.
  2. Heat for 2 minutes, continuously stirring, sauce will become a tan color.
  3. Remove from heat and slowly add ½ cup of milk, *caution sauce will foam 
  4. Return to heat and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
  5. Allow the mixture to boil for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat.
  6. Use right away or pour into heat safe container, cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate.

For Latte (make 12 oz serving)

  1. If cold, stir and add your flavored milk to microwave safe glass and microwave for 1 min.
  2. Brew your coffee or espresso and pour into a large coffee mug.
  3. Whisk the hot caramel brulé milk into your hot coffee
  4. Top with whipped cream and toffee bits, then enjoy*!
