Ingredients
Warm Cinnamon Chai Latte
¾ cup water
1 teaspoon loose leaf black tea, or 1 black tea bag
3⁄4 cup skim milk, or milk of choice
1⁄8 teaspoon ground ginger
1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
- 1.
Bring water to a gentle simmer in a small sauce pan over medium heat.

Add black tea, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packet, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves and black pepper and simmer until sweetener is fully dissolved, about 4 minutes.
- 3.
Remove and strain mixture, discarding tea leaves.
- 4.
Heat milk in a separate saucepan or in microwave until hot and steaming but not boiling.
- 5.
Froth using a milk frother, whisk, or blender until foamy.
- 6.
Pour chai tea mixture into a serving mug an top with steamed milk.
- 7.
Garnish with additional cinnamon and serve.
