Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pisco

  • ½ oz. lime juice

  • ½ oz. lemon juice

  • ½ oz. Truvia Simple Syrup

  • 1 egg white, pasteurized

Directions

    In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients together and shake vigorously.

    Fill half of shaker with ice and shake vigorously again.

    Double strain into cocktail glass and garnish.
