Ingredients

Cucumber and Lime Hydration Drink

  • 1 large cucumber, washed and chopped

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice, washed before juicing

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 2 Truvia® Stevia Sweetener Packets

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  • 1.

    Combine cucumber, lime juice, water, Truvia® Stevia Sweetener, salt and baking soda to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides, as needed.

  • 2.

    Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a serving glass filled with ice. Garnish with a wheel of cucumber and lime, and serve.
