This is a rustic looking side dish that has a good balance of earthy and sweet characters. It goes great on a spinach salad or would be a perfect accompaniment with grilled pork chops. Trim greens off carrots leaving about 1 inch at the top. Thoroughly rinse carrots under cold, running water removing any dirt. Pat carrots dry with paper towels and place on a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

Amazing!!!These are so amazing. I love the caramelized sweet taste that these have. I had searched for years for something like this and never new where to look. The last ones I made had standard sugar but with the Truvia they taste even better.
