I initially used honey to sweeten my smoothie, but I found myself having to use more than I really wanted to just to get my sweet taste. So I started using my Truvua packs and haven't looked back at honey. Taste and calorie intake is what I focus on the most with my foods and this smoothie is delicious with Truvia and it's low in calories compared to the sugar version. Thank you Teresa W.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Banana Berry Smoothie I have actually made this several times! It is very good!! I have a Ninja Blender so the ice is like really fine, just right for a smoothie. You can not tell that I use Truvia in this. My friends and family are amazed when I ask them how did they like it and tell them I used Truvia! With the added sweetness from the banana's you really don't know there is any Truvia in this recipe. Highly recommend this recipe to every one!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Banana berry Smoothie I love the cool taste and the healthy ingredients . Adding Truvia would reduce the sweetness and calories Plus much healthier for you. I have one Smoothie everyday during the hotter weather and every other day when it cools down. I make a large recipe so I have one ready for the next day, since I am so-o busy with grandchildren or working in the garden / flower beds. Also, very filling and the perfect in-between snack.

Truvia is an excellent product to use when looking to enjoy a slightly bitter sweet drink that will not add calories but will complement the ingredients for the perfect taste and consistency. It is perfect for smoothies of all types as well as other drinks and dishes. I use it all the time, even on m,y Whiskey on the Rocks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious beyond belief! This recipe is perfect for an "on the go" breakfasts or lunch. I add chia seeds (roughly 1 teaspoon) before blending to make it a little bit more filling. This has gotten me through more than a few hectic mornings. Definitely tastier, healthier, and much more satisfying than hitting the drive-thru or only having a cup of coffee for breakfast!
