Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love Chai Tea I drink chai tea almost everyday in the fall and winter. I like all of the spices in the recipe, but it can taste just as good using chai tea bags and extra spices from the list in the recipe. I use extra pepper, ginger and cardomom. Put everything in a tea pot, add the hot water and let steep for 5 minutes. When ready to serve, strain the tea through a fine mesh or tea strainer. Add Truvia, and your favorite milk. Much quicker and tastes the same.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review of Chai Tea I tried this today, totally thinking that I would not like it. I do not care for black pepper and just wondered how I would like it. I was very surprised to find that I did like it and it was very pleasant tasting. I found the sweetness of the Truvia perfect in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from unGuilty Pleasure I was introduced to chai tea at a popular coffee chain. I was enjoying the spicy hot beverage until I looked up the nutritional information. This recipe has a better nutritional value than the beverage from the popular coffee chain. I can truly enjoy my chai!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yum chai tea at home! This recipe is a great alternative to the package chai tea that you can buy in store. It was easy to make at home and just the right amount of sweetness.
