Ingredients

  • 12 cup plain lowfat Greek yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable*

  • 12 cup skim milk

  • 12 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 12 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats

  • 13 cup chopped mango or pineapple

*or 7 packets of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener
NUTTY SEED TOPPING
  • 1 tsp flaked coconut

  • 1 tsp chopped hazelnuts

  • 2 tsp flaxseed meal or chia seeds

  • 2 tsp chopped pumpkin seeds or roasted, shelled sunflower seeds

Directions

  1. In small bowl, stir yogurt, Truvía® Natural Sweetener, milk and cinnamon; stir in oats.

  2. Pour combined mixture into 1-pint canning jar or re-sealable container.

  3. Top with mango.

  4. Cover; refrigerate about 8 hours or overnight.

  5. Just before serving, combine nutty seed topping and sprinkle over top.

*This oatmeal has 220 calories and 11 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full-sugar version which has 310 calories and 35 grams of sugar per serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent and easy to make! I'm a big fan of mangos, but had never thought to use them in refrigerator oatmeal before. This is so simple and easy to make! I made a batch and have several in the freezer that are ready to move from freezer to refrigerator...so if I'm on the run in the morning, I can take it to grab and go. Until now, I'd sweetened my refrigerator oatmeal with maple syrup. I was impressed...using Truvia, I couldn't tell any difference in sweetness (a bit in taste of course, but only because I was using maple syrup...so I don't have that when using Truvia). Will definitely make this again in the future!

This has transformed how I handle breakfast. The most important meal of the day, and the one most often skipped because YOUR IN A HURRY! NO TIME!! Well here's the cure! I dress it up nightly with different fruit and it is so rewarding in the morning. I totally love the fact that I can have it with milk, yogurt or water, which makes it for me more fun as every morning it is a new twist to my taste buds due to the wonderful idea choices. I am always running late so to have this ready to go is amazing. I can eat it in the car at red lights. Loving it,,,,,,,I also love the fact that it is a welcoming back up in my fridge for the times I need a pick up meal and or a late night snack that will not lay the pounds on. Thank you so much for this, I turned on my students to the idea in their lesson plans so that they and their family's can also enjoy it.

Overnight oats are easy for a make ahead breakfast. They have just the right amount of sweetness and are also filling. They keep you satisfied throughout the morning! I can't wait to try some other variations using Truvia sweetener.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy, Cool, Refreshing and Healthy I tried this recipe because I wanted something healthier than the Swiss Mueslic offered at The Corner Bakery. It is so easy to make and you just stick it in the frig the night before and eat it the next morning. If you are running late, just stick it in your lunch bag and eat it at work. Oh, I added frozen sweet pitted cherries - 'cause I'm a cherry fanatic!
