  • Pastry shell for 9" pie

  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin

  • 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated fat-free milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 13 cup Truvía® Baking Blend

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 112 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 18 tsp salt

Topping Suggestion
Make your own whipped cream by whipping 1 cup cold fresh cream, 1 Tbsp Truvía® Baking Blend, and 112 tsp vanilla extract. This will alter nutritional content.


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Prepare your desired pastry crust.

  3. Mix pumpkin, milk and eggs until blended. Add additional ingredients and mix until uniform.

  4. Add mixture into prepared pastry crust.

  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

  6. Cool completely on wire rack.

  7. Add whipped topping if desired.

*This pie has 180 calories and 5 grams of sugar per serving as compared to 220 calories and 15 grams of sugar per serving in the full-sugar version.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pumpkin Pie Recipe with Truvia Baking Blend I made this recipe to try it before the Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinners in order to have desserts that diabetic family members could enjoy. The flavor was excellent, and some people could not tell it had Truvia in place of sugar. The second time I made it, I added 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves, which my mother always added to hers, and it tasted just like our all-time family favorite, but saved sugar and calories. Excellent recipe! Thanks very much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An easy and low sugar treat! I made this pie a few times last holiday season, and couldn't wait for fall to eat it again! I'm cutting back on sugar, and this is a perfect treat for me. I put a dollop of whipped cream on top, and it taste just like the real thing! I'm thinking of trying sweet potatoes to see how that comes out next time!

I was expecting to get that bitter,...indescribably bad taste that you get from baking with other sugar subs. Nope. I got the taste, texture, and joy I always associated with pumpkin pie!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's Not Just for Thanksgiving! I have made this a few times. Pumpkin is so healthy and this is a relatively low calorie option for a great homemade dessert. It is also very easy. One twist that I've also done is to make it without a crust! It still cuts and serves like a pie, but it is 'almost' no calories.
