Mint Lemonade with Truvía® Nectar

When life gives you lemons, add mint leaves and Truvía® Nectar! Your tastebuds will dance when you try this refreshingly delicious Mint Lemonade recipe that contains 43% fewer calories and 50% less sugar* than the full-sugar version.

  • 1 ½ cups lemon juice

  • 8 cups of water

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves, (washed, dried and loosely packed)

  • 1 tsp Truvía® Nectar

  • 2 slices of lemon, (washed and then sliced)


  1. Combine lemon juice, 4 cups water, mint leaves and Truvía® Nectar into a blenders cup.

  2. Pulse for 30 seconds.

  3. Add remaining 4 cups of water.

  4. Pour into a pitcher of ice.

  5. Add slices of lemon to pitcher.

  6. Allow to chill before drinking and refrigerate any leftovers.
