Mini Mason Jar Peach Cobbler Recipe with Truvía® Natural Sweetener

  • 12 cup unsalted butter

  • 13 cup + 1 12 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable***

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 18 tsp of salt

  • 34 cup skim milk

  • 1 can peaches in juice, diced

  • 2 tsp Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • 2 tsp of cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Put 1 tsp of butter into a 4 oz jelly mason jar.

  3. Place in oven until butter is melted, approximately 2 minutes and set aside.

  4. Sieve together the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt into a medium bowl.

  5. Whisk in milk.

  6. Put 112 Tbsp of batter into each jar.

  7. Add 1 tsp (3-4 chunks) diced peaches on top of the batter.

  8. Top with a 18 tsp Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend and 18 tsp of cinnamon .

  9. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

  10. Let them cool before serving.
