  • ½ lb ground sirloin

  • ½ lb ground chuck

  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped

  • ½ chopped onion

  • ½ chopped celery

  • 1 tsp chili pepper

  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten**

  • 2 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvia Original Calorie-Free Sweetener Spoonable Jar****

  • 1 lemon, zested

  • 8 oz. canned, diced tomatoes with juice

  • ½ cup ground bran flakes, ground

  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper



  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 375° F.

  • 2.

    Mix all loaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

  • 3.

    Mix ingredients for sauce and spread on top of loaf. Bake for 1 hour.

  • 4.

    Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container.
