  • 12 lb. ground sirloin

  • 12 lb. ground chuck

  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped

  • 12 chopped onion

  • 12 chopped celery

  • 1 tsp chili pepper

  • 12 cup chopped bell pepper

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 2 Tbsp of zero-calorie Truvía® Natural Sweetener Spoonable***

  • 1 lemon, zested

  • 8 oz. canned, diced tomatoes with juice

  • 12 cup ground bran flakes, ground

  • 12 tsp cracked black pepper



  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. Mix all loaf ingredients well and place in a baking dish. Shape into a loaf.

  3. Mix ingredients for sauce and spread on top of loaf. Bake for 1 hour.
