    Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease baking sheets or line with parchment.

    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and poppy seeds.

  • 3.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, Truvia Brown Sugar Blend and Truvia Cane Sugar Blend until smooth.

  • 4.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

  • 5.

    Stir in yogurt and lemon extract.

  • 6.

    Gradually beat in flour mixture.

  • 7.

    Drop by rounded tablespoon onto lightly greased or parchment lined baking sheets.

  • 8.

    Press flat with palm of hand.

  • 9.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges begin to brown.

    Let cool on wire rack.

Lemon Topping

    In a small sauce pan on medium heat, combine Truvia Cane Sugar Blend, lemon juice and cornstarch.

    Bring to a boil (about 5 minutes).

    Cool for 20 minutes

    Add lemon extract to cooled syrup

  • 15.

    Transfer topping into a plastic bag, snip corner and drizzle or pipe onto cooled cookies.
