Garlic Aioli Recipe

For a burst of flavor, dip, spread or mix this Garlic Aioli into your favorite recipes. Made with Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend, this recipe has less sugar than the full-sugar version, but all the flavor! Try it in our Garlic Aioli Tuna Macaroni Salad – get the recipe here. Makes 25 servings.

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp vegetable broth

  • 14 cup hot water

  • 2 eggs

  • 12 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • 12 tsp mustard powder

  • 4 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp finely minced garlic

  • 12 tsp black pepper

  • 34 cup vegetable oil


  • 1.

    In a small sauce pan, combine cornstarch and vegetable broth, mix until forms a paste.

  • 2.

    Add the hot water and mix until well combined.

  • 3.

    Heat, on medium heat, for 2 minutes or until the texture thickens. Stir often.

  • 4.

    Refrigerate to cool and to be used later.

  • 5.

    In a blender cup, add eggs, salt, Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend, mustard powder, lemon juice, garlic and pepper.

  • 6.

    Pulse blender for 10 seconds 4-5 times.

  • 7.

    Scrape down.

  • 8.

    Turn blender on low and slowly drizzle oil in. Once all the oil has been incorporated and aioli thickens, turn off blender.

  • 9.

    Transfer to sealable wide mouth container.

  • 10.

    Once starch solution is cooled, stir it into aioli.

  • 11.

    Store in refrigerator, will continue to firm up as it chills.
