Dark Chocolate & Berry Parfait with Homemade Granola Recipe with Truvía® Nectar

Delicious crunchy granola layered as a parfait with yogurt, berries and topped with Truvía® Nectar and dark chocolate. Each parfait contains 27% less sugar* than the full-sugar version.

Homemade Granola
  • 6 cups uncooked rolled oats

  • 2 cups sliced almonds

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 Tbsp whole flaxseeds

  • 1 Tbsp wheat germ

  • 34 cup Truvía® Nectar

  • 14 cup canola oil

Parfait (for one parfait)
  • 6 Tbsp Greek yogurt

  • 4 raspberries washed and sliced in half

  • 2 strawberries washed and sliced

  • 3 Tbsp Homemade Granola

  • 12 tsp Truvía® Nectar

  • 2 tsp dark chocolate chips


Homemade Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl combine, oats, almonds, cranberries, flaxseeds and wheat germ.

  3. In a small bowl, mix the Truvía® Nectar and oil. Pour small bowl contents into the oats mixture.

  4. Mix well and transfer to lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. Let cool and store in airtight container.

  1. In a mason jar or parfait dish assemble layers

  2. Add 2 Tbsp yogurt layer

  3. Add 1 Tbsp granola layer

  4. Add 6 raspberry halves layer

  5. Add 2 Tbsp yogurt layer

  6. Add 1 Tbsp granola layer

  7. Add sliced strawberry layer (all but 2 slices)

  8. Add 2 Tbsp yogurt layer

  9. Add 2 Tbsp granola layer

  10. Top with ½ tsp Nectar, 2 raspberry halves, 2 slices of strawberry and 2 tsp chocolate chips

*Each serving has 290 calories and 21 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full-sugar version that has 310 calories and 29 grams of sugar per serving.
