Rated 5 out of 5 by from pretty tasty This frosting is a little tangier and denser than the "traditional" cream cheese frosting, but I actually prefer it to my usual high-calorie recipe. You could whip it to incorporate more air and make it fluffier if that's the way you like it, but I like the denser texture (and so do my kids). I've also made this recipe substituting fat-free cream cheese for the neufchatel cheese. That was acceptable, but I needed to add a little LorAnn cream cheese extract to bump up the flavor. Overall, this is a very good recipe, especially for those of us that are watching our fat and calorie intake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Truvia Saves the Day! I have been using Truvia for my go-to sweetener for the past 6 months. This cream cheese frosting is great on any cake. My favorite is the Italian Cream Cake I make with Truvia. My husband loves it on lemon cake.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from An added surprise!! Was pleasantly surprised at how creamy it was and tasty.....I put it on top of my "carrotcake" cupcakes and then used a medicine syringe and shot some into the middle of the cupcake(about a Tablespoon) for an added surprise! Delicious!! When I told my family there was no sugar used in the cheese cream icing, they couldn't believe it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A better alternative Great recipe as it avoids use of tons of powdered sugar and uses a less fat ridden alternative to regular cream cheese. I too did not use the whole amount of Truvia listed

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good tasting and easy Used this frosting on the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes. It is a tasty and easy frosting. I added less Truvia than the recipe called for as I did not want it too sweet.
