Cinnamon Breakfast Syrup

This syrup is a rich & buttery cinnamon infused nectar.Ggreat for all those morning meals.  This recipe contains 35% fewer calories* and 50% less sugar* than the full-sugar version. Makes 8 servings.

  • Serving Size: 2 Tbsp (21g)


  • 12 tsp cinnamon

  • 13 cup Truvía®® Nectar

  • 14 cup unsalted butter


  1. In a small pan, whisk together cinnamon, Truvía®® Nectar and butter.

  2. Heat over low heat until butter is melted and combined, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat.

*Each serving has 90 calories and 11 grams of sugar per serving, compared to the full-sugar version that has 140 calories and 22grams of sugar per serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Warm Winter Breakfast Recipe is wonderful! Love waffles and apples, cinnamon breakfast syrup is to die for. I don't like gulag waffle syrup due to is way too sweet, this dish is lovely tasting with reduced calories.
