Candied Pecans with Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

For snacking or for topping on your favorite kitchen creations, these candied pecans created by Chef Devin Alexander contain 100% less sugar* per serving than the full-sugar version.

  • Servings: 4 Tbsp of nuts


  • 1 tsp melted unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend

  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract

  • ¼ cup chopped pecans


  1. Mix the butter, Truvía® Cane Sugar Blend and vanilla.

  2. Place a small nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add the pecans. Toast them, stirring them occasionally until aromatic and dark brown in color.

  3. Turn off the heat and stir in butter mixture.

  4. Transfer them to parchment in a single layer to cool.

* Yields 4 Tbsp of nuts. Each serving has 25 calories and 0 grams of sugar per serving compared to the full-sugar version that has 25 calories and 1 gram of sugar per serving.
