Lightly coat the inside of a 4 quart slow cooker with cooking spray, set aside.

Rockin' Rice pudding!This slow cooker rice pudding is hubby's new favorite! The brown sugar Truvia blend works well to make it just the right sweetness. I am not even a rice pudding fan but this was really easy and yummy. We had no left overs!
