Blueberry Almond Chia Pudding with Truvía® Nectar

  • 12 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 14 cup Greek yogurt, unsweetened, non-fat

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp Truvía® Nectar

  • 14 cup blueberries, rinsed

  • 4-5 almonds, chopped


  1. In a half-pint (8 oz.) canning jar or resealable container, add almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds and Truvía® Nectar, and mix well.

  2. Cover; refrigerate about 2 hours or overnight.

  3. When ready to consume, add blueberries and almonds.

  4. Serve and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
