I like buying it in this particular container because it is easy to scoop out the truvia in my desired amount. Sometimes I pour it directly from the container into my coffee. As I have a touchy Gut and being Diabetic I need a sweetener I can rely on to sweeten without using real sugar. I ALWAYS carry it in my purses Emergency supplies pouch as most Restaurants won't carry it.. And I've been missing French toast for breakfast (since eggs are so expensive) but last weekend I couldn't put it off any longer. But I'd been struggling with how to sweeten the toast because I'm used to using lots of Granulated white sugar of which I'm not longer able to ENJOY. So I fixed me some and sprinkled just a little bit less than a teaspoon on 4 slices of French Toast. And found the texture of the spoonable TRUVIA is Similar to the real sugar and it was very Sweet. (Not bitter at all). So I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY to eat my favorite Sunday Morning Breakfast again. P.S. I replaced all the sugar shakers my kid's use with the TRUVIA and they've not even noticed a difference. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
