Ingredients

  • 1½ cups chickpeas beans, drained, rinsed and patted dry

  • 34 tsp baking powder

  • 18 tsp baking soda

  • 14 tsp salt

  • 12 cup Truvía® Brown Sugar Blend

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 12 cup quick oats

  • 14 cup almond butter

  • 12 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • 2.

    Blend all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor until you get a smooth, moist dough.

  • 3.

    Mix in chocolate chips, and scoop into a sprayed or lined 8×8 pan, pat smooth.

  • 4.

    Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  • 5.

    Cool and cut into 20 pieces.

  • 6.

    Store leftovers in a sealed container.
