1. Assemble all ingredients.
2. Cut rhubarb stalks into ½" pieces; place in cooking kettle.
3. Add Truvia
® natural sweetener, cinnamon, water and salt; cook over medium heat for 20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat; allow to cool for 25 minutes.
5. Transfer into bowl; cover; serve warm or refrigerate.
