1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup Truvia

3 Tbsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt

Instructions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Remove crusts from refrigerator and warm to room temperature.
2. Stir peaches, lemon juice, Truvia
® natural sweetener, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon together in medium bowl.
3. Unfold each round crust on work surface, and cut into four quarters. Spoon ¼ cup of fruit filling into center of each crust quarter and add a small dot of butter. Fold each dough quarter over the filling to form a triangle and press edges together with a fork to seal.
4. Transfer the hand pies to an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush with milk and sprinkle lightly with a pinch of sugar. Cut a 1-inch slit or small design in the top of each pie to allow steam to escape during baking.
5. Bake pies for 15 to 20 minutes until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly. Cool pies in the pans on wire racks.
