2 oz. no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream, softened
2 ½ tsp Truvia
® natural sweetener spoonable*
½ fresh lime
Ice
1½ oz. gin
1½ oz. seltzer
3 drops orange blossom water
Freshly-grated orange zest

In a soda fountain tumbler, add:
2 oz. no-sugar-added vanilla bean coconut milk ice cream, softened
In a mixing glass, muddle:
2 ½ tsp Truvia
® natural sweetener spoonable*
½ fresh lime, quartered (drop in rind)
Half-fill with ice, then add:
1½ oz. gin
Shake until the tin is frosted, add:
1½ oz. seltzer
3 drops orange blossom water
Swirl gently to mix while preserving carbonation.
Double-strain into tumbler over ice cream, allowing drink to froth while pouring.
Garnish with freshly-grated orange zest over top, serve with a short flexible straw.
