Inspired by the traditional French lemon tart, Tarte au Citron, this version combines three citrus flavors together in a refreshing and creamy dessert. Sweetened with Truvia® natural sweetener, this tart has only 3 grams of sugar per serving and 25% fewer calories than the sugar-sweetened version.

1 large lemon, grated zest and juice
1 orange, grated zest and juice
1 lime, grated zest and juice
⅔ cup fat free evaporated skim milk
⅛ tsp salt
2 tsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
3 Tbsp + 1 tsp Truvia
® natural sweetener spoonable*
1 tsp of citrus zest medley

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2.
Bake pie crust according to directions. Approx 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack.

Reduce oven temperature to 325°F.

Grate zest of lemon, orange and lime and combine.
5.
Squeeze the juice of each of the fruits. Combine the juices and measure ⅔ cup.

In a small bowl, combine milk, salt and cornstarch; stir.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, whole eggs, Truvia
® natural sweetener and 1 tsp of zest medley.
8.
Add milk mixture; whisk to blend.

Add juice mixture; whisk to blend.
10.
Pour into cooled crust.

Bake for 25 minutes just until set. Cool on wire rack.
12.
Refrigerate before serving. Top with light whipped topping if desired.
