Butter Lettuce Wraps with Summer Melon and Cucumbers

12 leaves of butter or Boston lettuce, separated
½ cup of Honeydew, cubed
½ cup of Cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup of bean sprouts
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, smashed and diced
1 seedless cucumber, diced
2 limes, juiced and zested
¼ cup diced red onion
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
½ cup of chopped mint
¼ cup of Truvia
® natural sweetener spoonable*

1. Arrange the lettuce cups on a serving platter.
2. Place the remaining ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss gently. Allow flavors to meld for 5 minutes and drain juices into a serving dish and use as sauce for the wraps.
3. Spoon the melon mixture into the lettuce cups. Drizzle with sauce and enjoy.
