Pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie
6 cups fresh blueberries or 2 (16oz) packages frozen
3 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
6 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp butter
⅓ cup + 1½ Tbsp Truvia
® natural sweetener spoonable*
* or 24 packets Truvia® natural sweetener

1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 400°F
2. Roll half of the pastry on floured surface 1 inch larger than inverted 9-inch pie pan. Ease pastry into pan.
3. Toss blueberries with lemon juice in large bowl. Add cinnamon, cornstarch and Truvia
® natural sweetener to bowl. Toss until coated.
4. Pour blueberry mixture into crust. Cut butter into slices, place on top of blueberry mixture.
5. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to cover inverted 9-inch pie pan. Place over blueberries, seal edges, trim and flute. Cover edge with 3-inch strip of aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Cut slits in top to allow steam to escape.
6. Bake at 400°F for 55 to 60 minutes until crust is browned. Cool on wire rack.
