6 cups apples, thinly sliced
1 tsp fresh lemon zest
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup Truvia
® natural sweetener spoonable*
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
⅛ tsp nutmeg, ground
½ tsp Diamond Crystal
® kosher salt
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 pie crust
2 Tbsp butter

1. Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 425° F.
2. Peel and thinly slice apples; place in bowl, top with lemon zest and juice; set aside.
3. In mixing bowl, place Truvia
® natural sweetener, cinnamon, nutmeg, kosher salt, and cornstarch; blend well; pour over apples; mix well.
4. Place pie crust dough on lightly floured surface; roll out; transfer to parchment-lined sheet pan.
5. Place apple mixture into center of pie crust; leaving 1½ inch border around edge of crust; place butter pats on top of apples.
6. Flip up crust edge towards middle, pleating as you fold up.
7. Bake in 425° F oven for 45-50 minutes; rotate 180° half way through baking.
8. Cool on wire rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
